Verde Collective is a private members club operating in Cape Town, South Africa. Membership is free and open to South African residents aged 18 years and older. All members must provide a valid South African ID number upon registration.
Membership is subject to approval by Verde Collective. We reserve the right to decline or revoke membership at our discretion without providing a reason. Approved members receive full access to the Verde collection and ordering platform.
Your membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any other person.
Verde Collective operates exclusively for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register as a member or purchase any products. By registering, you confirm that:
We verify age using your South African ID number at registration. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate membership termination.
Orders are placed through our WhatsApp checkout system. Upon completing your order, you will receive banking details for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment to Verde Collective. Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
Verde Collective reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are charged separately and displayed at checkout.
Verde Collective delivers within specified Cape Town suburbs. Delivery zones are listed on our Delivery page. We do not deliver to areas outside our current delivery zones.
Delivery times are estimates only. Verde Collective is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. You must be present and available to receive your order. Orders cannot be left unattended.
A signature or confirmation may be required upon delivery. You must be 18 years or older to accept delivery of any order.
