We stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact Verde Collective within 30 days of your delivery date and we will process a full refund or replacement.

2. Eligible Refund Reasons

We accept refund requests for any of the following:

• Product quality does not meet the standard described on our platform
• Incorrect product delivered
• Product damaged or poorly packaged upon arrival
• Order not delivered within a reasonable timeframe
• Any other reason — we trust our members and want you to be happy

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact us on WhatsApp at 064 846 1215 within 30 days of your delivery
• Provide your member number and a brief description of the issue
• We will confirm your refund within 24 hours
• Refunds are processed via EFT to your South African bank account within 3 business days of approval

4. Refund Timeframes

Once your refund is approved:

• EFT refunds are processed within 3 business days
• You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation once the refund has been sent
• Bank processing times may add 1-2 additional business days depending on your bank

5. Replacements

In some cases, we may offer a product replacement rather than a refund — for example, if a specific strain did not suit your preferences, we are happy to suggest and send an alternative from our current collection. The choice between a refund or replacement is always yours.
